Business Development Coordinator (BDC Sales for Auto) We are seeking to add a Business Development coordinator that is a success driven and experienced candidate to join our BDC team. You will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for the dealership utilizing your engaging personality to inspire and excite new and returning customers about the features and benefits of our product lines. By providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge, you will strengthen our customers' engagement with our organization and give them a unique and best in class experience. Responsibilities Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments. Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates. Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. Present initial financing options based on customer needs. Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. Utilize CRM tracking system daily. Qualifications At least one previous role based in customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport over the phone and through digital communication. Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve. Prompt and courteous demeanor Positive and hardworking personality Strong computer skills Valid driver’s license Additional Qualifications Knowledge of VinSolutions CRM is a plus Prior sales experience is a plus Flexible availability required. Our hours of operation are 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, and candidates must be willing to work schedules that may include evenings up to 7:00 PM, as well as every other Saturday.
