About The Position

As the Regional Business Development & Content Strategy Manager at Colliers International, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that drive business development in the Southeast Region. Your primary responsibilities will encompass content development, project ownership, and leading the marketing team's efforts in key areas such as pitches and presentations, property marketing, and communications. This position requires a strong focus on business development strategies and fostering broker/client relations, making it essential for you to be a confident communicator and a strategic thinker. In this role, you will be expected to collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring that marketing plans are executed effectively and align with the company's objectives. You will be responsible for developing compelling content that resonates with target audiences, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting critical deadlines. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you guide the marketing team, providing mentorship and direction to ensure high-quality outputs that adhere to brand standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to partner with the regional marketing lead, serve as a liaison between regional and national marketing efforts, and actively participate in the development of client engagement strategies. You will also oversee the creation of proposal content, presentation materials, and other marketing collateral that supports new business development pursuits. Your role will require you to stay informed about competitive marketing practices and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the quality of marketing materials and technologies used by brokers.
