Position Responsibilities: Make an average of 60 outbound calls per day to financial advisors outside BC Focus 500. Educate advisors on company products and solutions to generate interest. Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with external sales representatives. Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and appointments in CRM systems. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up. Achieve performance targets tied to: Contacts made Appointments set Show rates (advisor attends the scheduled meeting) New Producers Continuously improve product knowledge and sales communication techniques.
