Based at Fortidia US headquarters, this hybrid role requires approximately 50% travel to support franchise owners and center teams through on-site coaching, business reviews, and growth initiatives. The BDC serves as a trusted advisor to franchisees, helping translate national strategies into local execution. This role works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and National Programs to support scalable, profitable growth across both brands.
