Job Title Business Development - Client Business Executive What does a successful Business Development - Client Business Executive do at Fiserv? You will manage ISO & FSP clients, addressing complex issues and promoting Fiserv products and services to enhance their business. You will engage with C-level management, assist with industry-related inquiries, and connect them to internal and external resources. You require strong public speaking, critical thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills. Additionally, you will be responsible for renewing long-term client contracts and collaborating with Fiserv's legal, pricing, risk, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 4+ years of professional sales/relationship management and business development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience negotiating proposals, term sheets, and contracts.
  • Must be willing to travel 50%
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • 8+ years of experience understanding the organization, industry, and ability to anticipate future strategy and quickly summarize issues.
  • 8+ years of cross-functional experience with finance, deal closing, price costing, and volume grid experience.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas for your assigned clients and drive top Fiserv initiatives.
  • Maintain annual revenue pipeline and exceed target in-year revenue (closed & booked).
  • Manage and drive Semi-Annual Business Review meetings with C-level management.
  • Engage and leverage product SMEs and sales support team members.
  • Maintain client executive summaries with strategic opportunities and KPIs.
  • Drive proposals, contracts, and term sheets using PowerPoint and Excel.
