About The Position

This role is responsible for driving growth of the CHB business by securing new customers and positioning our brokerage services as a trusted industry partner. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to accelerate pipeline growth, develop competitive proposals, and ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to customer onboarding. This is a hands-on role that combines business development, sales enablement, customs brokerage expertise, and customer implementation. Why Maersk? Requirements

  • Customs Broker’s License preferred; 8–10+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage, Trade Compliance, and commercial/business development roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CHB products, global supply chains, and brokerage requirements (QBRs, KPIs, reporting).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially driven, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Technology, and/or Automotive industries strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the CHB sales strategy in alignment with commercial leadership.
  • Define and articulate CHB value propositions and key differentiators to customers.
  • Support RFIs/RFQs by developing competitive pricing and tailored solutions.
  • Partner with Sales to identify new opportunities, drive cross-selling, and expand the pipeline.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagements and strategic discussions.
  • Prepare customer presentations, manage day-to-day client interactions, and support ongoing sales efforts.
  • Participate in key account reviews and maintain strong customer engagement.
  • Lead implementation post-award, ensuring full onboarding readiness prior to go-live (system setup, POA receipt, and cross-functional coordination).
  • Support sales teams with credit applications, client setup, and revenue enablement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in SFDC.
