Business Development Center Representatives are responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via phone and email .The BDC is the perfect place for a motivated individual to begin a successful career. Applicants for this position should be confident and self-motivated with a pleasant and outgoing personality, have the ability to convert customer inquiries into appointments. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Requirements

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Must strive to provide excellent customer service
• Must be comfortable in a call center environment
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen, this includes recreational marijuana

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding appointments, repairs, and recalls
• Study, learn and understand the services/maintenance we offer
• Meet and exceed daily goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities
• Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer/prospect communications
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership management
