About The Position

The Business Development Center Manager at Haley Automotive Group is responsible for leading a newly established Sales Business Development Center. This role focuses on responding to and nurturing internet sales leads, ensuring effective communication with customers and dealerships, and maximizing profit potential from internet sales. The manager will also work closely with the team to set appointments and provide product information to customers, while maintaining a dynamic customer database using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Automotive sales and/or service experience.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Professional conduct and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Development Center team in responding to and nurturing internet sales leads.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent, and professional communication with customers and prospects.
• Utilize the CRM to maintain and grow a dynamic customer database.
• Act as a bridge between the dealership and the customer, facilitating effective communication.
• Teach the internet road to the sale process and assist customers in setting appointments at dealerships.
• Direct customers to product information and resources, staying updated on new products and features.
• Work with the Executive Corporate team to establish goals and benchmarks for the Business Development Center team.
