We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development / Capture Manager to lead efforts in identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities. This role is responsible for developing winning strategies to grow the company’s market share, with a focus on long-lead capture planning, competitive analysis, and proposal development in both new and existing markets. This role is critical in driving the growth and expansion of our government contracting portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the aerospace sector, DoD and other government sectors, with a deep understanding of the federal acquisition process and a network of contacts across various DoD agencies and industry partners.
