About the Role This position is built for someone who thrives in the luxury home-technology world: relationship-builder, connector, storyteller, go-getter. The core of the role is business development—expanding Oasis’ presence with referral partners, designers, builders, architects, and community networks—while also elevating our brand visibility through thoughtful social-media management and occasional in-showroom events that reinforce our reputation for service and sophistication.

Requirements

  • A natural connector who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
  • Professional, polished communicator who can represent a luxury brand with warmth and confidence.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-directed—with the ability to own your calendar and priorities.
  • Social-media savvy (Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, captions, storytelling).
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments and able to adapt without drama.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in home design, AV/tech, luxury services, or similar industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen relationships with referral partners (designers, builders, realtors, developers, architects, etc.).
  • Attend networking events, industry groups, and community activities to represent Oasis with professionalism and personality.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our ideal-client profile.
  • Maintain a cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and touchpoints that keep Oasis top-of-mind.
  • Support the sales team by helping nurture warm leads and strengthen pipeline consistency.
  • Track BD activity and outcomes, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Manage Oasis’ social media presence (content planning, posting, community engagement, and storytelling).
  • Capture basic content in showrooms, job sites, and events (you don’t need to be a cinematographer—just able to spot a great moment or visual).
  • Partner with leadership on brand messaging, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Keep our digital presence aligned with our luxury, solutions-focused brand.
  • Coordinate small-scale showroom events, partner open houses, or client-experience moments that support business development.
  • Work with the team on logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a polished, exceptional experience—without the pressure of full-time event planning.
