About The Position
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for all brand, sales, marketing and business development activities related to Down To Earth All Natural Fertilizers. The manager is extremely skillful in strengthening key account relationships, evaluating new business opportunities, driving strategic growth, expanding retail activation and education, and planning the overall go to market strategy for the brand. Through effective project management, creative problem solving and skillful communication he/she will manage the complex nature of an established brand while leading the evolution of its assets and activities in a changing marketplace. This position will collaborate with the Finance, Distribution and Fertilizer Production departments, as well as with colleagues from other divisions.
