About The Position

As a franchisee in a growing brand, our mission is to become the most recognized name in the community for home remodeling. To achieve this, we need a dynamic and personable Business Development / Brand Ambassador to help us grow organically, deepen our community presence, and create strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, outside sales, community engagement, or ambassador roles.
  • A strong local network or the ability to quickly establish connections.
  • Dynamic personality: confident, approachable, polished, and professional.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative thinker who can spot opportunities others miss.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and digital tools to track leads and activities.
  • Background in construction, design, or home services a strong plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, real estate agents, builders, commercial companies, and trade associations.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture referral partners that consistently generate high-quality leads.
  • Represent the company at networking events, community organizations, galas, and industry expos.
  • Be the public representative of the company in the community, ensuring our brand is visible, memorable, and trusted.
  • Organize and attend community events, showroom gatherings, or partnership mixers to engrain the business name in the local market.
  • Identify strategic sponsorships or charity initiatives that align with our target client base.
  • Develop and execute a focused business development plan to reach new audiences organically.
  • Think creatively about new channels for growth (e.g., partnerships with local influencers, boutique vendors, high-end real estate offices).
  • Track ROI of all networking and community engagement efforts; provide leadership with monthly reports.
  • Work closely with the sales team to hand off warm leads for closing.
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging and collateral for events and community partnerships.
  • Share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and community engagement opportunities.
