DIG Restaurant Group is searching for a skilled Business Development Associate who will take charge of increasing sales, enhancing brand awareness, and driving marketing and innovation initiatives in key markets. As a collaborative marketer, you will team up with various departments across the organization to achieve business objectives, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with marketing and cross-functional partners to bring campaigns to fruition. This is a hybrid position that will require you to work on-site at our restaurants, traveling across the Northeast region on a weekly basis. In this role, you will collaborate with several teams at DIG, including Marketing, Innovation, and others, to develop field activations, organize events, support business development, launch new openings, and manage other projects to promote growth. The Business Development Associate’s success will be determined by revenue growth, establishing strong relationships with field team members, identifying promising new partnerships, and providing exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Business Development Associate will work on cross-functional strategic initiatives to drive growth and performance in key markets.
