About The Position

At Surface Experts of Bethesda, we’re building a small, fast-growing service business that helps apartment communities repair damage to things like countertops, cabinets, tubs, and floors—without replacing them. This role is not a call-center sales job . You’ll be out in the field building relationships with property managers, learning how service businesses grow, and seeing how sales, operations, and customer service work together. Requirements

• Recently graduated from college
• Played sports or worked in restaurants/hospitality
• Is curious about business or entrepreneurship
• Wants to learn sales and customer leadership
• Enjoys meeting people face-to-face
• Coachable You want feedback and actively work to improve.
• Curious You enjoy asking questions and learning how things work.
• Accountable You take ownership of results and follow through.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers and maintenance teams
• Walk vacant units to identify repair opportunities
• Schedule repairs for our technician team
• Follow up with customers and ensure great service
