The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in administratively supporting our External Operations department, which manages our service provider network. This individual will be responsible for generating and vetting leads, as wells as promoting AAA Northeast automotive opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable and enthusiastic about making phone calls and engaging with people over the phone.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, telemarketing or a similar role required
  • 3-5 years experience in administrative support or office management required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • LEAD QUALIFICATION: • Independently uncover and qualify potential leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses.
  • Guide prospects through program requirements and document all activity.
  • Support Field Consultants and Management to achieve monthly and quarterly member satisfaction targets.
  • MARKETING SUPPORT: • Assist in the development and execution of marketing deliverables, campaigns and initiatives, utilizing multimedia formats.
  • Update and maintain the AAA Northeast Service Provider online portal.
  • Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • COLLABORATION AND SUPPORT: • Work closely with the Management and Club resources to strengthen messaging and achieve common goals.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help refine sales and marketing tactics.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions and professional development.
