This position offers a base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, there is a performance-based commission structure tied to the number of qualified meetings set and resulting sales. This role offers strong earning potential for motivated individuals who excel at lead generation and sales pipeline development. This position is full-time on-site in Rochester, NY. In order for a candidate to be considered they must be local to Rochester, NY, remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this role. JOB SUMMARY Under the direct supervision of the Sales Manager, with direction from the President, the Business Development Associate is responsible for developing new customer relationships and growing the company’s customer base with the goal to increase sales.
