We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to support our West Coast operations. You will work directly with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to expand Neros' presence across military installations and defense organizations in the West Coat region. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating and conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, generating quotes, maintaining CRM hygiene in Salesforce, and supporting trade show execution. As you develop product expertise and demonstration skills, you will transition into proactive outbound sales and territory ownership. This role requires someone who is willing to travel, able to adapt to changing timelines, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
