About The Position

Our client in Virginia Beach is hiring for a Business Development Associate to join their team. This is a full time permanent opportunity and pay will vary on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Description • Support business development efforts across defense, maritime, and industrial customers • Assist with customer outreach, relationship management, and follow-ups • Track and manage opportunities in CRM systems and internal pipelines • Support meetings, site visits, and program coordination with customers and partners • Conduct market research on programs, customers, and competitive landscape • Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, operations, logistics, program support, or a related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
Comfort working with technical teams and complex products or hands on experience preferred.
