Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, energetic, and coachable Business Development Associate to join our Enterprise Sales team in Eden Prairie, MN! If a career in sales interests you, this is where to start. As a Business Development Associate, you will be crucial in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. This role resides within our Taylor Sales Academy, which develops and promotes early-career sales talent into open sales roles across the business. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee. Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert inbound sales leads by delivering meaningful, value-driven conversations around Taylor solutions
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term growth and successful partnerships
  • Work closely with a Sales Intern to execute team strategies and improve sales effectiveness
  • Invest in daily personal development through podcasts, books, videos, and other learning resources
  • Share insights, wins, and key takeaways during weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 conversations
  • Build strong internal relationships across the organization to support collaboration and long-term career development
