About The Position

Business Development Associate Passport Health is North America’s leading provider of travel medicine and immunization services, operating 300+ clinic locations across the U.S. and Canada. We deliver first-class medical care with rigorously trained staff, extensive vaccine inventory, and a nationwide footprint that allows us to support clients wherever they travel. We are expanding and seeking a driven Business Development Associate to help grow our presence in the Phoenix market. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. You will play a critical role in expanding Passport Health’s client base by generating new partnerships and building a strong pipeline across assigned markets. If you are energized by outbound outreach, resilient in the face of rejection, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this is a high-impact opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Compensation : Base salary plus commission. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite; local travel required)

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence navigating objections and negotiating effectively
  • High level of self-motivation and accountability
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and activity-based performance
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound business development efforts across assigned markets
  • Identify and research prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking)
  • Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs and qualify opportunities
  • Delivr introductory presentations and capability overviews
  • Close new client partnerships and transition accounts to Account Management
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity within CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
