About The Position
Join our team as a Business Development Associate for a growing company that has a huge heart, fast-paced work environment, and great benefits! The BDA is responsible for growing business in their assigned territory by building new client referrals and maintaining current clients. The BDA will work with providers, community resources, and AOC staff to ensure that the needs of our clients are met. The BDA must be knowledgeable of their territory and the services provided by Angels of Care, secure new business, and provide excellent customer service. Candidates with a background in Pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy will be preferred. BDA’s will be immersed in Angels of Care mission, vision, and values and share our vision with prospective referral sources, clients, and AOC staff.
