About The Position

McCabe Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to cultivate and expand our market presence within the Northern and Northeastern Mississippi territory. This role will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and translating new business opportunities into tangible growth for the company. The Business Development Associate will act as a critical liaison, communicating valuable market insights and potential leads directly to the Business Development Manager. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the construction, restoration, or service industry.
  • Proven ability to identify and generate new business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

  • Residency within the Northern or Northeastern Mississippi territory is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new business development opportunities within the assigned territory, effectively identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Develop and execute strategic route marketing plans to increase brand visibility and generate leads within key geographic areas.
  • Represent McCabe Restoration at industry-specific trade association events, conferences, and expos.
  • Engage in local community outreach initiatives to build brand awareness, foster positive relationships, and identify potential partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective clients, referral sources, and key industry influencers.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the restoration industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and provide support as needed throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities, leads, and progress in the CRM system.
