Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong passion for sales, marketing, client relations, and event-based marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-based environment.

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities Proactively pursue and develop new leads to support business growth and expand market presence.
  • Market Research & Analysis Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting Support the development, tracking, and nurturing of qualified leads to build strong sales pipelines.
  • Client Engagement & Sales Presentations Represent the company in meetings, pitches, and presentations, building credibility and trust with prospective clients.
  • Relationship Management Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders to ensure sustained business success.
  • Marketing Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyze sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategy.
  • Proposal Development Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales materials to secure new partnerships.
  • Networking & Industry Events Attend industry events, networking functions, and community engagements to increase brand visibility and generate opportunities.
