Requirements
- Bilingual English & Spanish (required)
- Strong drive, ownership, and coachability
- + 1 year of sales experience — mindset is key
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads only (no cold calling)
- Book appointments and drive conversions for U.S. brands
- Work full-time (40 hrs/week), between 12 PM–12 AM EST
- Own your results with real-time coaching and zero micromanagement
