The SDR is responsible for building a high-quality pipeline through targeted, multi-channel prospecting. This role specializes by industry—leveraging vertical expertise, social selling, and account-based strategies to engage decision-makers and generate qualified opportunities for the business development team. This is a hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll work onsite during onboarding and ramp, with the opportunity to transition to a primarily remote schedule based on performance. Ongoing, you’ll be expected to be in the office a few times per month.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
  • Experience in a role with variable compensation tied to performance goals
  • Proven ability to prospect into complex or enterprise environments
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound, including cold calling and multi-channel outreach
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Experience with social selling (LinkedIn, digital channels)
  • Highly organized, self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Resilient and motivated in a performance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Familiarity with account-based or verticalized selling

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, social) to generate qualified meetings
  • Research accounts and tailor messaging based on industry and business needs
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite
  • Partner with marketing and business development to support virtual and in-person event marketing support
  • Track activity, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM and sales tools
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve outreach strategies and messaging
