About The Position

Candidate to have a balance of analytical and creative skills along with strong leadership ability. Report and work closely with Executive V.P. of Business Development and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising teams of AT LEAST 10 employees.
  • Experience with outside sales.
  • Experienced with Technology/CRM/Microsoft/Excel.
  • Must travel monthly in the U.S.
  • Outside sales: 2 years (Required)
  • Technology: 2 years (Required)
  • Supervising: 2 years (Required)
  • Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Hiring, training and providing professional development for Marketing team.
  • Daily communication with Marketing team to monitor questions, issues and requests.
  • Setting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals based on market research of marketing territories.
  • Track performances of each Marketer and assess individual performance through meeting target goals as well new accounts developed.
  • Working with Marketers on a routine basis in their respective territories to observe presentation techniques and knowledge.
  • Participating in educational in-services for agencies and training Marketers to take over all in-services.
  • Designing and implementing incentive programs, marketing campaigns and trade show participation.
  • Maintaining a competitive yet collaborate team environment.
  • Update and improve current sales manual training.
