About The Position
The position is based in Annapolis, Maryland, and involves acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders while overseeing the configuration, governance, and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Responsibilities include ongoing user support, writing and delivering reports, tracking and resolving configuration issues, and managing data additions, user access, training, and support in customer systems. The role also requires designing detailed asset reports for cost center managers, establishing data standards, overseeing CMMS change control, and leading data quality management efforts. Additionally, the position supports all CMMS reporting, data standardization activities, and various levels of project and executive reporting. Compliance with health and safety, security, and environmental standards is also a key responsibility.
