About The Position
Join our team at Doosan Bobcat North America as a Business Development Analyst II - Strategy, where you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation within our organization. You will explore and identify business opportunities through both quantitative and qualitative assessments, focusing on vertical and horizontal integrations. Once opportunities are aligned and approved, you will mobilize project teams that include stakeholders from various functions and regions. Your ability to communicate effectively with project leaders will be crucial in defining project backgrounds, objectives, and expected deliverables, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for delivering comprehensive market analyses, guiding junior analysts in applying market analysis frameworks to determine optimal strategies for product offerings, pricing, distribution channels, and geographic markets. Your recommendations will shape the strategic direction of the company, and you will be expected to communicate these insights cross-functionally to engage key stakeholders and deliver project outputs to senior management. Additionally, you will support the full lifecycle of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), from deal evaluation to post-integration. This includes performing financial modeling and valuation analysis, coordinating due diligence efforts, and assisting business leaders in developing growth strategies post-acquisition. Your analytical skills will be essential in providing thought partnership on various projects, where you will apply critical and creative thinking to derive fact-based insights that drive decision-making.
