About The Position

This field-based sales role is responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth in our West Texas and Southeast New Mexico energy markets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (energy services preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in oil & gas or construction industries
  • Technical knowledge of energy service operations
  • Existing industry contacts and relationships
  • Self-motivated with high energy and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Oil & gas or construction industry background
  • Existing industry contacts in West Texas or SE New Mexico
  • Technical understanding of energy operations

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage accounts from initial sale through project completion
  • Support billing and project coordination
  • Analyze market trends and provide sales forecasts
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Entertain clients and strengthen long-term partnerships
