About The Position

As the Business Developer, you are responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the multifamily property management sector. This role focuses on expanding third-party management contracts, and strategic partnerships to support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of successful business development in real estate or property management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPM preferred.
  • 5+ years of business development experience in multifamily property management, real estate investment, or related industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the multifamily investment or ownership space.
  • Proven ability to close complex deals and grow market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and financial acumen.
  • Collaborative and persuasive with strong executive presence.
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
