We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, team-oriented, high achiever with a relational approach and an empathic, strategic mindset to join our passionate team focused on developing business and driving growth in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over ten years in increasing relationships and generating revenue through conceptual and/or technical sales within the electronic security and/or self-service industry. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making meaningful connections and establishing themselves as trusted advisors to end users, channel partners, and technology partners through consistent engagement at tradeshows, in-person meetings, virtual meetings, presentations, phone calls, and email correspondence. An existing network in banking, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or self-service is highly preferred. This role reports to the President and offers significant opportunities to join a diverse team dedicated to excellence and driving technology deployments on a global scale. Development efforts will be supported by high-performing marketing, sales support, and technical teams that work collaboratively to generate proposals, presentations, collateral, videos, email campaigns, social media, and more. Over the past three years, the sales team has achieved an impressive 85% close ratio on quoted deals. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
