  • Experience interpreting and analyzing data to support growth initiatives.
  • Knowledge of industry changes and technology, with a desire for continued learning.
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience with caseload management and customer follow-up.
  • Prior experience working with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) a plus.
