Job Overview Woodlawns Landscape is seeking a Business Developer to drive new commercial growth, with a primary focus on winning new annual maintenance agreements. This is a senior individual contributor role for a self-directed, highly collaborative growth leader who balances day-to-day prospecting with strategic account development and partnership building.

Requirements

5–8+ years of commercial business development or sales experience.
Proven success carrying and delivering new revenue targets.
Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Highly collaborative, team-first mindset.
Organized, self-directed, and disciplined in CRM.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial landscaping or similar service industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Own new annual maintenance revenue and new logo acquisition.
Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline.
Prospect and hunt while also developing strategic accounts and partnerships.
Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations on handoffs and execution readiness.
Support growth of new service lines and verticals.
Maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting in Pipedrive.
Represent Woodlawns in the market and build strong industry relationships.
