About The Position

We are looking for a Business Developer (Greek Market) to join our team! Under the direct supervision of Selectra's cofounders, your mission will be to start Selectra’s business in Greece and quickly reach profitability.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated high performance in education (academic excellence).
  • Native Greek speaker with a good command of English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Versatile profile with talent in writing, communication, administration, analytical skills, management, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Create Selectra’s Greek website and reach 10K daily visitors within 8 months through Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Sign distribution agreements with a competitive energy provider within 3 months, and a second within 6 months for partnership management.
  • Launch a profitable Google Ads campaign within 3 months through Search Engine Advertising (SEA).
  • Establish sales standards by picking up calls from SEO and SEA, and hire your first sales agents in Greece to assist customers in navigating the energy market and switching to cheaper contracts.
  • Achieve profitability for Selectra Greece within 6 months.
