Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree
• 5 or more years of experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address complex business challenges across insurance operations.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL to support reporting and insights generation.
• Build and maintain impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel to communicate trends and performance metrics.
• Identify and integrate relevant data sources to uncover patterns, forecast outcomes, and support strategic initiatives.
• Translate unstructured business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear recommendations.
• Ensure data quality through rigorous testing, profiling, and resolution of data issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and metadata to support transparency and reuse of analytics assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, well-governed reporting capabilities for stakeholders.
• Promote data as a strategic asset, ensuring secure, trusted, and high-quality data is available for business use.
