The CAFB is seeking an innovative and data-driven Business Data Analyst to help the food bank maximize the use of information systems and data to inform and drive programmatic and strategic decision-making. The Business Data Analyst will play an important role in supporting CAFB's staff to meet strategic objectives through the development of reporting tools, data visualizations, and systems that provide accurate data to measure efficiency and impact. The Business Data Analyst will become intimately familiar with each of the Food Bank’s main databases, including: NetSuite, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, Tableau, ArcGIS, MySQL, Salesforce, Key Survey, and others. They will work with departments across the organization in developing reports, dashboards, data processes, tools, and presentations to inform decision-making, as well as providing some training and database management. This position requires an ambitious and mission-driven individual who can think critically and creatively problem solve.
