Position Summary This position will be responsible for managing gathering analysinzg and reporting on data related to TopBuild's CRM and leads strategy, working wtih thrid party lead sources, creating and mainatin reporting and dashboards related to CRM activities and proviing insights to improve marketing strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years e-commerce experience required.
  • Ability to deliver a portfolio of reporting and dashboards with a strict emphasis on measuring campaigns and ROI analysis for multiple e-commerce sites using Power BI required
  • Strong experience in Google Analytics and GA4 required.
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Expert in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 2 years of B2B, Digital Marketing and SEO Campaign experience.
  • Wholesale distribution and prior CRM experience a plus
  • Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and deadlines.
  • Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript and Looker Studio preferred

Responsibilities

  • Use data analytics tools and techniques to identify issues, trends and patterns, evaluate performance metrics and understand user behaviors.
  • Lead all data acquisition and reporting for CRM activities and work with internal and external teams to develop board-level reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure consistency in the data and reports.
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on CRM marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with the internal and external data and marketing teams in developing and executing the company’s CRM strategy.
  • Focused on acquiring incremental growth with existing customers and acquiring new customers through the management of CRM program.
  • Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue.
  • This position requires a candidate with a blend of technical, business and analytic expertise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
