14243 - Business/Data Analyst, Electrical Engineering Support (onsite) – West Palm Beach, FL Start Date: ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in West Palm Beach, FL (required); Experience in a business analyst role (3-5 years); Experience in electrical engineering sector with a deep understanding of energy systems and processes; Experience with advanced Excel functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization; Experience with time management and organizational tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello to manage project timelines and track progress; Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred: Experience in the energy sector. Master's degree. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to energy production, distribution, and consumption. Utilize advanced Excel techniques for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Use time management and organizational tools (MS Project, Jira, or Trello) to manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
