About The Position

Your mission is to help Business Customer have an excellent experience with Wise mainly via phone. This isn't your normal call center - we do things differently - and our Consumer Customer Support Associates are here to help millions more potential customers save money by using Wise! Provide world-class customer support via phone channels for customers all over the world. Understand that making a customer happy is crucially important to a business's success and make that your goal for every contact. Be creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues. Understand the need to meet expectations, rise above them, and go that extra mile for customers.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal & written English skills.
  • Flexibility to work 5×2 (five days of working and two days of rest) with 8 hours of work per day, up to 40 hours per week.
  • Organized and methodical approach with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to own up to mistakes.
  • Open-minded and comfortable giving or receiving feedback.
  • Team-player attitude and respect for a great working culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in banking or finance.
