About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, business coordination, or similar administrative roles.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting experience and comfort working with office technology.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office-related inquiries and needs.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings and events, handling office-wide communications, and ensuring all office equipment is properly maintained.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, running and analyzing payroll reports, and managing invoices and expenditures within procurement systems.
  • Serve as backup to the IT team for entry-level technical issues, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware or software problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of office technology, software, and equipment usage.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Support office culture and morale by organizing events, team-building activities, and staff meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
