The Business Coordinator plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our business office at Master's Transportation. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth completion of various processes that support our Sales & Leasing functions. The Business Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Business Coordinator to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external customers. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify gaps in current processes, recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Daily responsibilities include maintaining courteous and effective communication with both internal and external customers, ensuring that all transaction processing is completed accurately and in a timely manner. The Business Coordinator will assist in closing sales and lease deals, as well as in the completion of monthly bank audits. Compliance with regulations, including licensing and registration requirements, is a critical aspect of this role. The Business Coordinator will also be expected to perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the business office. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a solid foundation in customer service and computer skills. This position is based in an office environment, and the physical demands include occasional standing, walking, sitting, and lifting office products and supplies up to 20 pounds. The Business Coordinator must be adaptable and ready to take on new challenges as they arise, ensuring that the business office operates smoothly and efficiently.
