About The Position

The Business Coordinator at Endeavor will provide essential support to the CEO of Done and Dusted North America, managing a high-volume workload and interfacing with executive and senior-level business leaders. This role requires a blend of administrative skills and business acumen, with a focus on fostering positive relationships and collaborating across various teams. The position is based in the Santa Monica Los Angeles office and requires a proactive approach to project management and organizational tasks.

  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the CEO of Done and Dusted North America.
  • Manage scheduling and workflow for the CEO, prioritizing projects effectively.
  • Handle general administrative duties including answering emails and phone calls, intern management, and expense reports.
  • Foster positive relationships internally and externally, collaborating with assistants, departments, and production crews.
  • Assist with conference room reservations, audio/visual equipment setup, and catering for meetings.
  • Organize and manage Dropbox and Google Drive materials.
  • Research and gather meeting materials and agendas in advance.
  • Coordinate special events, including managing invitation lists and logistics.
  • Manage travel logistics and draft travel itineraries/agendas.
  • Support Corporate Communications with various initiatives.
