About The Position

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the Administrative Services Function.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • 1-3 years related experiences
  • Analytical abilities
  • Utilize Numerous Software Applications; Microsoft Office Suite, DataStream, MAX, Sharepoint, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • 5 years oil/gas experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material receipts, project set-up in tracking software, and track/report monthly expense.
  • Process employee expense accounts.
  • Manage invoice processing to ensure alignment with budget plan and verify invoice accuracy.
  • Develop and assist in the preparation of annual O&M and capital budgets and manage monthly budget reports.
  • Develop, prepare and/or maintain documentation pertaining to processes, systems operation, product development and other technical processes.
  • Research, review, and collect available information for documentation.
  • Create new documentation or update existing documentation.
  • Maintain department Share Point.
  • Find efficient, professional, cost effective methods to assist manager in day to day activities.
  • Training Coordination.
  • Compliance Management Coordination.
  • Act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
  • Identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.
  • Take a broad perspective to problems and spot new, less obvious solutions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
