Avondale Group, a respected family-owned automotive group, is seeking a Business Coordinator for its Mercedes-Benz Grapevine location. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth facilitation of Finance and Insurance (F&I) transactions, working closely with the F&I Director, Sales Managers, and Sales Experience Managers. The Business Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the accuracy, status, and validity of sales transactions, thereby enhancing the overall client experience. This position serves as a crucial link between the dealership's sales operations and its cashable contracts source, ensuring that all transactions are completed correctly and in a timely manner. The Business Coordinator will verify and analyze the accuracy and completion of all sales transactions, ensuring that all necessary information is included on lease and sales agreements. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, as the coordinator will keep track of sales, product costs, expenses, liabilities, and taxes, reconciling product sales with the accounting books. Additionally, the coordinator will prepare and print the documents needed to complete sales transactions, break down car deals, and submit funding packets. Collaboration with the accounting department is essential to correct any errors on deals, and the coordinator will also correspond with the Sales & Accounting team regarding items needed to fund or complete a deal. In this role, the Business Coordinator will process paperwork for the cancellation of all F&I products and expedite transactions requiring special handling, such as FedEx, to finalize sales or leases. They will also commission finalized car deals for Sales Experience Managers, bill the finalized deals, and provide deal recaps. Daily monitoring of the contracts-in-transit (CIT) list and communication with the F&I Director regarding items needed to fund deals are also key responsibilities. This position is integral to maintaining the high standards of service that Avondale Group is known for, ensuring that every client receives an elevated experience from purchase to service and beyond.
