Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5-10 years of relevant experience, including lead team management
Strong knowledge of US GAAP; SOX compliance experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience a plus
Ability to communicate financials clearly to diverse collaborators
Analytical approach with strong attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative, and teamwork-focused approach

Responsibilities

Own the month-end close and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across Sauna360 Inc.
Assess accounting processes to minimize financial errors, focusing on E&O, warranty, internal controls, and company credit cards.
Build system tools that deliver actionable financial and operational insights to stakeholders.
Attract, develop, and retain a diverse group of dedicated accounting professionals.
Direct year-end tax reporting and ensure full adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements.
Collaborate with FP&A, international controllers, and European Sauna360 entities to align financial strategies.
Identify and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure all authorizations align with Sauna360 group policy and uphold the highest standards of accountability.
