About The Position

Your role Are you an expert in managing aspects of a comprehensive contract management process to ensure effective and timely completion? Do you have a keen eye for implementing process improvements? We're looking for someone like you to: manage the Workplace Wealth Solutions (WWS) vendor and corporate client contract management lifecycles ensuring adherence to firm Policies and regulatory requirements enhance existing WWS contract management procedures to improve effectiveness and sustainability, driving a high-level client experience collaborate across WWS teams and Functional partners to facilitate Subject Matter Expert review and feedback during negotiation phases function as the WWS vendor contract manager, responsible for completing associated operational risk and control assessments develop reporting metrics to track progress, identify potential risks, and strengthen planning; present updates to WWS senior management administrate contract documentation, amendments, and renewals, maintaining accurate records provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices and procedures Join us At UBS, we know that it's our people, with their diverse skills, experiences and backgrounds, who drive our ongoing success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • proven success in business and/or contract management
  • ideally, 8+ years of similar operational experience with a financial institution or paralegal experience
  • ability to drive innovation, implement new practices, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • strong organizational, analytical, communication and influencing skills- both verbal and written
  • proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft MS Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and OneDrive
  • able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining drive and focus
  • able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility as well as able manage team priorities and a large workload in a fast-paced environment
  • highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner
  • excellent problem solver and collaborate well with other people and teams
