About The Position

As a Senior Consultant in Business Consulting, specifically within the Risk - Technology Risk (FAIT) team, you will have the opportunity to perform IT-related external and internal audit and attestation procedures for both private and public companies. This role requires a consistent application of professional standards, including PCAOB rules and regulations and AICPA attestation standards. You will work on financial audit engagements to assess IT-related internal controls over financial statement reporting, collecting and analyzing data to detect unmitigated risks, identify deficient controls, duplicated efforts, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. In this position, you will need to understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technology and industry developments. Staying informed of general business and economic developments and their effects on the client is crucial. You will also provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members who have diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently delivering quality client services while focusing on more complex, judgmental, and specialized issues. Demonstrating technical capabilities and knowledge is essential, as is learning about EY and its service lines to actively assess and present ways to apply your knowledge and services effectively. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
