Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years progressive B2B sales in Payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO (intangible sales)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience/certifications
  • Valid, non-restrictive driver's license and passport for occasional international travel
  • Hunter Drive: Self-motivated closer with proven revenue growth
  • Negotiation Excellence: Influence stakeholders, navigate complex B2B sales
  • Strategic Thinking: Analyze data and market trends to adjust strategies
  • Professional Integrity: Uphold ethics, confidentiality, and performance standards
  • Operational Agility: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Generate and close new opportunities to meet/exceed quotas
  • Strategic Planning: Manage pipeline with Salesforce; develop long-term sales strategies
  • Consultative Selling: Present executive summaries to C-suite stakeholders\ articulate ROI
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitive threats
  • Client Stewardship: Manage renewal proposals and ensure service accuracy and efficiency
  • Global Collaboration: Participate in monthly consulting meetings and travel for events/conferences
