About The Position
ProVal is a consulting firm focused on helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) optimize their operations and technology systems. Our clients rely on us to improve their business processes, integrate key tools, and support them through complex transitions like mergers and acquisitions. We are expanding our consulting team and looking for an experienced Business Consultant to join us. We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant with a strong background in MSP operations and tool ecosystems, such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, and other industry-standard platforms. This role is client-facing and critical to advising MSPs on best practices, optimizing tools, and managing system integrations—especially in M&A scenarios.
