These services are considered part of the ProSidian Defense And Military Sector Group with overall focuses being Defense And Military (DME) Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Defense And Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readinessunder NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Chief Information Officer, Assistant Commandant For C5I (CG-6), Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, And Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), And Coast Guard Cyber Security Command with service(s) also characterized as Business Management Support JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BLM/SS) (Business Consultant Level III (Senior)) in the DOD/Military Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Coast Guard (USCG | C5ISC) | Chief Information Officer, Assistant Commandant For C5I (CG-6), Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, And Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), And Coast Guard Cyber Security Command Located In CONUS - Washington, DC (Remote) and across the United States Region.

  • Provide Business and Logistics Management Support Services (BLM/SS) Innovative Solutions on behalf of The US Coast Guard (USCG) Chief Information Officer, Assistant Commandant For C5I (CG-6), Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber, And Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), And Coast Guard Cyber Security Command.
  • The requirement is to provide for non- personal services for Contractor Consulting, Project Management and Support, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Management, Business Process Planning, Process Development, Process Integration Planning, Facilities Planning, Marketing and Communications Planning Services, Life Cycle Cost Estimation Services, Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Program Maturation and Recertification, Acquisitions Lifecycle Support, Enterprise Life Cycle Logistics and Engineering Support to include: Material, Configuration, Business, and Inventory Management, Logistics Supply Support, and Planned Maintenance Development Support Services.
  • These services shall support the missions and requirements of the C5ISC; the Coast Guard Chief Information Officer’s (CIO) Office, Commandant (CG-4, CG-6, CG-7, and CG-93); and Coast Guard Cyber Command (CGCYBER).
  • ProSidian shall provide Business Consultants who shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed under Calls issued under this BPA.
  • The Senior Consultant shall provide support and assistance in government business practices, business re-engineering, business process development, business metrics development, facility and workforce planning, communications and marketing planning, and management-related issues as designated in resulting order(s).
  • The Senior Consultant shall clearly possess the following knowledge and skills: ­Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
  • Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
  • The Senior Consultant shall have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • In addition to the educational requirement, the Senior Consultant shall also have a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in business process development, re- engineering, or management.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
